By visiting our site and/or purchasing travel goods—including luggage straps, reusable plastic travel bottles, and toiletry/wash bags—from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). • Product Representation: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, capacities, and materials of our travel accessories (such as silicone/PET travel bottles, TSA-approved luggage straps, and waterproof toiletry pouches). However, actual display colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.

• Plastic Travel Bottles & Cosmetic Containers:

  • Airline Liquid Regulations: Our travel bottles are designed for liquid transfer and storage. Customers are responsible for verifying individual airline and airport security regulations (e.g., TSA / EU 100ml liquid limits) prior to air travel.

  • Chemical Compatibility: Reusable plastic bottles are intended for common personal care products (shampoos, lotions, soaps). Do not fill containers with corrosive chemicals, strong acids/alkalis, pure alcohol solvents, or flammable liquids.

• Luggage Straps & Combination Locks:

  • Luggage straps are designed to assist in securing wrapped luggage and identifying baggage. They are not intended as heavy-duty industrial tow straps or primary security anti-theft devices.

  • Customers are responsible for setting and remembering custom combination lock codes. Nuvola Travel Co. is not liable for locked bags or damaged straps resulting from forgotten user passcodes or improper lock resetting.

• Toiletry & Wash Bags: Waterproof claims refer to splash-proof exterior fabrics or internal liquid-retention linings. They do not guarantee full submersion waterproofing.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping address, and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Pricing, VAT & Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT / IVA) as applicable under Italian and EU tax laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees guaranteed under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and European Union Consumer Rights Directives (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from a legal conformity guarantee covering products for 2 years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FARMACIA DOTT. BOSSI EMANUELA & C. SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost personal belongings, damaged luggage contents due to liquid leakage from customer-overfilled bottles, or flight delay expenses—arising from your use of any of our products or services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (Foro di Milano), Italy, without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions protecting consumers.
