Welcome to Nuvola Travel Co.. We are dedicated to offering premium, lightweight travel accessories—including luggage straps, reusable travel bottles, and toiletry bags. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed in strict compliance with European Union Consumer Protection Directives and Italian Consumer Law (Codice del Consumo).

1. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under European Union regulations, customers within the EU have the statutory right to cancel or withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery without giving any reason.

2. 30-Day Store Return Policy & Eligibility

In addition to your statutory rights, Nuvola Travel Co. offers a extended 30-day return policy for eligible items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Travel Bottles & Toiletries: For hygiene and personal safety reasons, reusable plastic travel bottles and toiletry containers must be completely unused, unwashed, unfilled with liquids/gels, and returned in their original sealed hygiene packaging.

  • Toiletry Bags & Makeup Cases: Must be returned unused, with all original tags attached, internal dividers intact, and free from cosmetics stains, water marks, or odor.

  • Luggage Straps & Accessories: Must be returned in original condition without scuffs, tears, or signs of tension wear, along with any included combination lock manuals.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order receipt or order confirmation email must accompany all return requests.

3. Non-Returnable & Ineligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Plastic travel bottles or cosmetic containers that have been opened, filled with liquids, or used.

  • Toiletry bags showing signs of cosmetic spillages, water exposure, or missing components.

  • Luggage straps damaged due to improper force, exceeding normal strain, or user-forgotten lock combinations.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional gift items (unless covered by statutory manufacturing defect guarantees).

4. Return Shipping Costs & Instructions

  • Right of Withdrawal / Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refunded. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Poste Italiane, DHL, or GLS with tracking), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective luggage strap buckle, a leaking/cracked bottle, or a broken zipper on a toiletry bag due to manufacturing faults, Nuvola Travel Co. will cover the return shipping fee or send a replacement free of charge.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your Order Number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and our warehouse address.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original box/packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the package and reply to our email with your shipment tracking number.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package at our warehouse, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Disbursement: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted if products are returned with missing accessories, damaged outer packaging, or slight signs of handling.
