1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CET / Central European Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CET will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Shipment Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We partner with major postal and express courier networks (such as Poste Italiane, DHL, GLS, and FedEx) to deliver your travel goods smoothly.

3. Packaging Standards for Travel Accessories

To ensure your items arrive undamaged and ready for your travels:

  • Plastic Travel Bottles: Leak-proof flip caps and squeeze containers are wrapped in pressure-sealed polybags to prevent cap popping or structural crushing during handling.

  • Toiletry Bags & Wash Pouches: Packed flat with interior cushioning to preserve zipper integrity and fabric shape.

  • Luggage Straps & Lock Accessories: Secured in anti-scratch packaging to prevent buckle scratching or webbing fraying in transit.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Non-EU Shipments)

  • EU Destinations: All listed store prices include Italian VAT (IVA). Orders shipped within the European Union incur no additional customs tariffs.

  • Non-EU Destinations: Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details (including recipient name, street address, house/flat number, postal code, and contact phone number).

  • If you discover an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be processed after shipment dispatch.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Damaged Items in Transit: If your package arrives crushed or a travel bottle/bag zipper is broken upon delivery, please take clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and items, and email us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund under statutory guarantees.

  • Delayed Shipments: If your courier tracking status shows no updates for more than 7 consecutive business days, please reach out to our support team so we can initiate a formal trace with the logistics carrier.
